Communications Workers of America Endorse Levin in New 11th District

BLOOMFIELD TWP, MI – Today, Communications Workers of America (CWA), the largest communications and media union in America, endorsed Congressman Andy Levin, who is running for reelection in the newly-drawn Eleventh District in his home of Oakland County, Michigan.


“Andy Levin has been a fighter for labor and working families his entire life,” said Linda L. Hinton, Vice President, CWA District 4. “He has been a cosponsor of call center legislation in the House and has fought for high-speed broadband accessibility and funding as part of the infrastructure bill. Andy has worked side-by-side with CWA on these and many other issues that are important to our members and working people across the country. CWA is proud to endorse him for Congress in Michigan's new 11th District."


“I'm honored to receive the endorsement of CWA,” said Congressman Levin. “Together, we will keep fighting to grow a stronger middle class, strengthen unions and end the abuse of corporate power."


Along with the national endorsement, CWA Locals 4009 and 4123 endorsed Congressman Levin for reelection.
